    More PIDs for Torque App

To add to the info 2002 silverado for my LM7. If you need any additional spec info to get this resolved, just ask.

    More PIDs for Torque App

Great job guys! I just looked at my torque app under manage PIDS. Cleared the list and added the predefined GM PID list From scratch. Interestingly, the list shows the following: cyl 1. Current. 221205 cyl 1. History. 221201 cyl 2. Current. 221206 cyl 2. History. 221202 so it...

    More PIDs for Torque App

Now I am intrigued as well! How do I verify which PCM my LM7 is running?

    More PIDs for Torque App

To add from my testing, I believe it is not the “current“ PID‘s are swapped but the history. I have monitored and troubleshooted this by removing the plug wire from each cylinder separately and watched side by side current on the left and history on the right to verify. It also proved out that...

    More PIDs for Torque App

I can confirm that the misfire history PID swap is also true on my 2002 LM7. This subject refers back to post #546 and from as far back as post #123. I had actual misfires on cylinder 1 & 2 and watched as the counts on each transferred from current to history confirming the issue.

    More PIDs for Torque App

Thank you. I think it is high as well but it does not make sense to me that it reads zero sometimes and 3 at others. Any ideas on that? Formula is correct on my app so I think it is time to clean the TB and IAC. WOT does show 100. I am having a intermittent misfire on #8 at idle only but...

    More PIDs for Torque App

Good evening everyone. Drive by cable on my 2002 LM7. Can someone confirm the formula for the TPS position PID? My Torque app sometimes shows zero any other times shows 3 at idle and key on/eng off both hot and cold. I would think if the throttle blade is closing completely it should read...

    More PIDs for Torque App

Anybody else ever get a resolution to the issue addressed in post #121 & #125 on the GM PID for misfire current and history for cylinder 1 & 2 or is it just my LM7 that has this? So good to be back.

    More PIDs for Torque App

Hi guys. Had to leave the forum for a couple of years due to health issue and just got well enough to get back involved. So impressed with the incredible amount of work completed. Phone got wet during my treatments so I lost all of my custom PIDS for my LM7 5.3l (did not back up my stuff, my...

Drive by cable absolute throttle position % at idle

Sorry for the delay but I had surgery for skin cancer on my neck. Pretty scary stuff but all is well. Little update. I testing different scenarios for my misfires and found that I really get a lot of them at deceleration which holds over into idle. Snap throttle up to 1500-2000 and wow...

Drive by cable absolute throttle position % at idle

Thanks MRRSM for that info. I am really grateful for the amazing amount of knowledge you guys provide. This forum is so much better than others I have been involved with. Sorry for the delay in getting these back but the honey do list never ends. The info requested is outlined below: (note...

Drive by cable absolute throttle position % at idle

Wow. Did not know that the PID for throttle position on the torque for my drive by cable is that irrelevant. I will disregard. So my question remains. Why do my idle misfires go away when I turn my A/C on? And even more important, is there no adjustment to help make that stop? So I guess...

Drive by cable absolute throttle position % at idle

Ok. Hopefully there is some other members who have the drive by cable throttle who can shed some light on this. Thanks again for your continued insight. Any thoughts on what the 221143 PID could be expressing?

Drive by cable absolute throttle position % at idle

Excellent page. Great info. So the only way for the equation to equal the minimum value of 0.0 is for A to return a zero. I do not remember ever seeing A as zero before. Have you ever seen that? Are there other Torque users who monitor this built in PID with drive by cable throttle bodies...
