Sounds like one (or both) of the clips that holds the window to the regulator has snapped. It's probably a clean enough break where it still lines up fine to push the window up, but when you roll it down, the regulator moves and it seems fine but really gravity is moving the window. The track...

In an attempt to further narrow things down... have you checked out the wiring to your fuel pump at all? I'm not sure how it's set up on a TB but usually it exits the body through a passthrough connector somewhere near the fuel tank and on to the evap and fuel components. I mention this...
