Changed the fluid bout 26000 miles ago over the summer. Checked the level, it's fine. Fluid looks mostly clear, and smells like new gear oil (not burnt or contaminated by anything). I used fully synthetic gear oil, whatever weight is recommended, I can't remember off the top of my head. 80w90...
