Would that cause the fan to warp? Or is the wobble from the bearing going bad?

I'm torn on what I should replace here. My fan has a horrible wobble in it. I took off the belt and spun the fan and you can see the wobble I also shook the water pump and got minimal movement. I replaced the water pump two years ago and I'm suspicious of the bearing going bad in that again and...
