Yup it was the starter. Died yesterday morning completely. MAJOR PITA to get at. Would have been a whole lot easier with a lift. Removing the cross member was necessary for sure. At least my worries of no start are over. Now I gotta take care of: Water issue passgenger floor - NOT A/C...

Weird, hasn't done it since. Battery and alternator are good? I ordered another relay for the heck of it.. Man do I hope it's not the starter...looks like a beast to replace.

I just purchased an 06 Envoy and it's missing the NAV disk. At 200 bucks, I'm in no rush to get the it working. I have the build sheet and it says (2) free updates. Called GM and they advised it was for original owner only. If anyone can help I would be forever grateful!
