So gonna pick up a little 2006 SWB 2x4 Trailblazer. Only $400, needs a new motor. If you happened to see my other build thread, I wont be getting another i6. This guy is gonna get.....
Planned Engine Mods
- 5.3 Vortec - $350
- Ported and Polished Heads with 2.02 intake valves cut in - $600
-LS9 Cam awesome for some boost.
- $120
-LS2 Timing Cover
-LS9 Headgaskets
-Millings High Flow/Pressure Oil Pump
-ARP Hardware
-Twin Turbos with intercoolers - $500 complete kit from a good friend
Planned Trans Mods
-4L80E Conversion
-3000 Stall
-Full rebuild with Kevlar bands, hardened input shaft and drums
-Transbrake and bump box. Gotta make some boost at the line
Planned Suspension Mods
-Ford 8.8 rearend with 3.73 and spool
-Move the shock towers to the inside of the frame
-Move 4link mounts to inside of the frame, making room for the fattest tires I can
-Belltech 2" lowering kit all the way around
That is about all I can think of right now. Probably be more to come.
