2006 Trailblazer EXT LT. This is my first question for the forum. Sorry if its not in the right area but I'm on my phone. Would like to know if anyone has had any problems with the DDM crapping out on them and the regulator possibly at the same time too. Used the PDM swap-nique window regulator motor and door locks but the regulator will only go up and down maybe an inch if that but will not go any further. Anyone have any suggestions for me I'm all ears.

First of all we need to know which you are having a problem with. If the window is trying to go up/down it sounds like something is not lined up correctly mechanically in the door. Providing I understand correctly that you just replaced the window regulator? There is a recall on the ddm, you can actually Google that and type in your vin number to see if your truck is affected.
The DDM doesn't work at all. When I put the PDM in in its place the locks work fine but the window regulator only would work sporadically about an inch or so up and down from the closed position.
Go to the following link and enter your vin# to see if you have one of the affected DDM recalls.
