Ok, so I've read many posts were only portions of people seats work or only one side or the other which seems to be the seat coils. Mine however won't turn on at all. No heat from anywhere, and the lights on both drivers side and passenger side do not light up at all.. Leads me to think it's not getting power somehow. All the other buttons on the door work, just the seat heater buttons that don't. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Need more info on Year / Brand / Model / Trim level.

Could be as simple as a fuse or circuit breaker.

Maybe someone put a switch module with seat heater buttons in a vehicle without the option. (check for KA1 code on glove box label)??

My vin shows KA1 - HEATED FRONT SEATS HEATED SEAT

I also have the same year and my schematics show that there are multiple fuses and a circuit breakers in that circuit.

The door modules (DDM and PDM) have the buttons, the signals from each are sent to the Driver Memory Seat Module and it has the curcuits to activate the heaters and send signals back for the lights near the buttons.

Most likely suspect located in the Rear Fuse Block:
CB8 30A Seats - Supplies voltage to the Driver Memory Seat Module (this supplies the seat heaters with power)

It also provides power for the passenger seat movement.

If the breaker is good and has power, check all the connectors on the Driver Memory Seat Module under drivers seat.

What else on the seats does not work? Memory?

The power seats move just fine, but now that you mention it, not sure if the two memory buttons do. I'll go check that fuse right now to see if it's the culprit.

The seats fuse is one of the large ones housed in aluminum. How do you tell if those are blown?

With a meter. They are not fuses, but auto-resetting circuit breakers.
