HVAC problems

I am having HVAC problems. I have the 2003 envoy XL SLT with digital climate control and the blower quit. i tested it and there is power going to the blower control module and the fan. i thought it would be the control module, but seems like it is the fan motor since there is power going to motor. I checked the fuses and they were ok, and then put them back in and the blower came back on but only on certain speeds and it would turn oh high after a bit, so then i turned it off and it was delayed in turning off but then would turn back on at slow speed. turned off again and turned back on and would not come on so i am confused. would it be the blower control module or the motor?

Control module, something in the circuit board has gone flaky - you have the digital controls. This is a repair that you can do yourself with a small amount of time. Do a search here and you will find a write-up as I used one to do mine. The symptoms I had were very similar to yours.

If it was the blower it would either work or not. Flaky speed control is the control module.

that is what i figured it was. just went out yesterday. 158K
