So I’ve been using tis2000 to program bcm and ecu for the last couple of months. About a week ago the program would not open any longer. I uninstalled it and reinstalled software. Now whenever I get to the programming part which is after you select the module you want to program. I get an error message of, “The communication could not not be established with the programming interface. Please ensure proper connection. I’m using the vcx nano which works fine with the tech2win software. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing similar issues. I included a photo of the error message.

Have you tried to do a Windows System Restore to a restore point earlier than when it stopped working?

(1) Determine if the Windows Operating System updated "The Box" as a coincidence with your Tech2Win Programming events...and check your System Config Communication Port Assignments for any "Yellow Flags".

(2) Choose a Different USB Port... Preferably, one that is Powered @ 3-5 Volts DC.

(3) Check your VXDIAG NANO Installation Procedures against those laid down by THIS VOP (Video Original Poster). Download and Play his work at around 1/2 Speed since he bounces so rapidly from one screen to another that it can become a bit *fuzzy*. Watch THIS ...and You'll get the Idea... :>)
