Programming FCSM Module

I was trying to program and 2008 Acadia Fuel Pump Control Module. I was wondering if it could be done. Without having to go online and purchase the $40 subscription.

Probably not. Tis2000 doesn't have calibrations for anything after 2007. I had to program a PCM for a 2008 TB and had to buy the subscription.
