Ive seen few post but no answers. I have appt for dealer mon. if cant figure it out. But security lights on when i try to start TB and doesnt start turn over or even click. I do see trac control light flash too when the fails to start along with wrench light. Also my recall fixed window panel on door doesnt work. Last on the list is remote when clicked up unlock or lock lock/unlicks like 10 times once a second when button pressed either one. Anyone had this happen? happened all at once so something going crazy. I tried both unhooking battery over night and security relearn process. Basically was driving and lights all lit up so turned car off to restart hoping to clear all the lights but never started back up. Tried multiple keys and remotes all do same thing. doesnt look like my profile filled in 2006 TB LS with 4.2

What's the behavior of interior lights and headlights whtn you turn the key?
SYmptoms like that are often caused by jabbering modules putting confusing messages on the data bus. You say your DDM was changed recently? Pull it up and unplug it. Check the wires going to your liftgate in the rubber boot at the hinge line - flaky wiring to the LGM could cause key fob confusion and data bus insanity.
That sort of stuff plus a good survey of all vehicle grounds would be my initial project.

the headlights would turn on like car is running. interior light i beleive came on. Yea could be remote start causing issue I wasnt too happy with the install job Circuit city did on it when they were in business they never installed or gave me back hood pin kill switch. And i dont think they soldered connections either. Dealer just called they think ignition switch so they gonna change it out and over pork me on that. So hopefully thats it i wish i had more time to troubleshoot myself i would have changed it out saved $300. ill post back what dealer says after switch swap. for future reference for everyone.
