Uhhh.. does this look right? Rear wiper arm conversion progress.

Sorry I know the quality isn't fantastic but when doing the rear wiper arm conversion is there anything else I need to do besides remove the one nut that holds down the existing wiper blade arm and pop it onto the new one?

It sort of looks like there is a gap and I'm not entirely sure if I was supposed to remove anything other than that one nut so that it sits down correclty.

It is correct. They stand our a little further than the old wiper arms.

What's different about the ramp? I left the original on there and it works perfectly....

It's different from the factory one but I wasn't sure if it actually affected anything.

When you look down the old ramp, it gets a bit narrow, causing it to stick once in a while. I just filied the inside of the ramp and no more stick. In the inside of the ramp, the older ramp had 3-4 plastic grooves that hold the old wiper from vibrating. Hope that helps.

I've never had any problems with mine. I will check it out tho. It seems to fit perfectly just like the old one.....
