It just started thundering and raining in toronto really hard for about 10 mins then stopped, my voy is nice and shiny underground atm and i dont wanna get it wet or i'd be all out there right now

i posted this in another forum... didn't mean to. but anyways, how about this rain and threat of tornadoes? well here in the west burbs of chicago, it is completely flooded everywhere. I've been so tempted to take my rainier out, but i don't have lift kit. Has anyone gone driving through the water?

I dont know why it says i started this thread lol i live in the north east but thats some serious flooding... Btw those tweeters mounted in the pillars are pretty cool, hows the visibility with those? Couldnt you just put tweeters in the front of your dash where the bose tweeters are suppossed to go

It's been wet here as well, with almost 7 inches of rain in 2 days. Here are a few pictures from the skunk river which flows into the Mississippi river.

I took this picture while standing on the 40 ft river bank.

This was taken today while I stood in the very same spot on the 40 ft river bank in picture one

And a few other pictures. I made the picture taking trip pretty quick, some places were a bit hairy getting through, and you could feel the ground moving under your feet from the river's speed and power. I seen part of the 40 ft river bank on the opposite side of me collapse into the river taking a crap ton of tree's and decided to get the hell out of there real quick.

Wow.... Im kind of glad i live up here in the north, its very rare for us to get bad floods like that, but we do get very cold snowy winters.

Nice voy tho You should tint your front windows and plastidip your rims

Got between a foot and two feet of snow last night. We only got a foot. Even school was cancelled...at the end of April.

Snowed here today. A little further south, in Kokomo, they had a 2 hour early release from school for weather. Probably because of the chance of multiple tornados forming

EDIT: guess it wasn't tornadoes, it was because roads were flooded. Not sure why you want to get kids out early because roads are flooded, but that's indiana

I'm waiting for the breaking news that man made global warming has caused this. But would have also caused it if it was 70 degrees as it was last year. If it was normal temp of 60 for the high's...it'd have been global warming as well. I think global warming causes my mpg's to go down too.

Do you really need a lift when you're driving a RAINier?
