This morning, at -8c (where is spring???), leaving for work, started the TB and immediately heard a gurgling noise and saw fluid gushing out under the truck. Shut it off immediately. Checked and... -
When that thing breaks loose, stand back/by for a "shot" sound and maybe something flying. I still say heat or remove the entire assembly and take to a press.

Pulled the connector on the oil pressure sensor and, sure enough, it is oil wet so the sensor is leaking. This may also help explain the minor oil leak I have been trying to track down.

Put some grease on the slip yoke today on the TB. Had the occasional thud/clunk when stopping and take off. Let’s see how it goes.
