I have a few words of advice if doing an entire vehicle.
A friend of mine decided to try and plasti-dip his 02 TB and we had a mixed bag of results with it.
First go at it I think we didn't wait long enough in between layers and it kept flaking off in some parts and even did this strange thing were is became like a rubber "skin" and bumped up on gaps and dips. Hard to explain but basically as its rubber it stretched back out and sat up over the gaps.
Second go (we re did it from scratch) it lasted longer as we waited almost 1 hour in between coats and cleaned everything off real well, even with alcohol in some spots first this go around just to make sure it stuck.
The second go its still holding strong but on some edges where things meet up and on the very corners its starting to peel a because he off roaded it and it flexed we think. Overall though its 6 months strong almost now and holding well. Looks like real/normal flat black paint.
One very cool thing about it, touching it up is remarkably easy, it re bonds to itself very well and blends in.
Anyway, long story short here, clean everything very well, many coats (think we did 6), be carefull of what the surface is your spraying (doesn't hold well on plastic trims), and wait a while in between coats.
Good luck!
